Fanart: Tauren Cheiftain

          "Tauren Cheiftain fanart from Warcraft III game", I drew this work in A3 size of paper for practice anatomy. It really took me a lot of times to finish it. I have to search the real photos for the totem pole's patterns, axes and research some poses of six-packed and muscle humans. ;P

"For the Horde!!"

         In my opinion, The legs the clothes are still have the strange poses. If you have any advices or comments please tell me.

Final PP1 Project

            This is the front cover for the previous project, "The Silly Old Baboon" written by Spike Milligan.

            I went back to my hometown, Thailand, so I did not do anything much for this project. Therefore, this work has done only in 8 hours... T T what a shame...

This baboon tries really hard to run and to fly to the sun. 

He stabbed the palm on its arm and ran for many miles.

However, it never once left the ground...

         Some sketch for the Silly Old Baboon poem written by Spike Milligan.

There was a baboon
Who one afternoon
Said I think I will fly to the sun
So with great palms
strapped to his arms
he started he takeoff run

  Mile after mile
He galloped in style
But never once left the ground
You’re going too slow said a passing crow
Try reaching the speed of sound

  SO
he put on a spurt
My God how it hurt
both the soles of his feet caught on fire
As he went through a stream
There were great clouds of steam
But he never got any higher

  On and on through the night
both his knees caught alight
clouds of smoke billowed out of his rear!!!
Quick to his aid
Were the fire brigade
They chased him for over a year

  Many moons passed by
Did Baboon ever fly
Did he ever get to the sun
I’ve just heard today,
he’s well on his way
He’ll be passing through Acton at one.

PS - well, what do you expect from a baboon?

Character Design part II

           Another character design, a couple of doggie and rabbit. ;P

           The concept is about "A dog is wearing a raincoat and holding the sun to protect them from the rain (well, instead of umbrella :D) It's because I want something unusual from a normal umbrella so, I think about the sunny day without the rain..

           Thus, I designed the sun to look happy and cheerful. It is smiling and wearing a headphone to indicate that the sun is listening to the music. (I believed that whenever we listen to the music, we always have a good mood) and the rabbit whom is wearing the scruff and coats to protect them from the snow.

No matter how heavy of a rain,snow or even a storm are, they will protect each other..

No matter what the climate is, it does not matter..

No matter what the obstacles are, it does not important to them... :D

        Another of my micro project is about "Character Design" so, I designed one fluffy monster like this;

          And then, I tried to use various of colors to this monster and see how can those colors affect to the personality and character of this monster. I was also have a lot of my friends take a look for this various color and listen to their comments and advices.

Welcome_Back

          This is another work for the color's experiment for dull and mourning feeling. Thus, I tried to use dark tone of colors in this picture.

          The concept is about "All of the devils from the spiritual world or hell come to bring the death man's soul along with them with a welcome and delightful expressions. Meanwhile in the upper part of the picture which shown the living world of human, many people whom knew the death man come for the funeral's ceremony in the graveyard. All of them have a full of sorrow and sadness."

Final Sketch

         I still did not finished the color version of this work. T T 

        However, I still have another version of this work in which the coffin and the human's world is located in the center of the picture and the upper-most is the heaven's side with full of god and angles come to pick the soul along with them. The buttom-most of the picture is the devil's side with the full of demons. 

         Somehow, the soul can not decided whether he should goes to the heaven or the hell; good or bad, black or white?

      My micro project is about "Colors"  so, I drew some picture to try to do some experiments about the meaning and the used of colors.

      Thus, the concept is about the colorful and cheerful picture for children :D
I was thinking about rainbows and then the earth, sun, moon and something inside the earth such as the ocean, cities, north pole , forests and then, something outside the world or space such as Jupiter, the stars, aliens and UFO. > <//

BCU Greeting Cards

       There were a competition in my university to create BCU greeting card for Christmas 2010.

      

        The brief is about "Birmingham City University, as one of the UK’s largest institutions, we are a vibrant and multicultural University. Our students derive from a range of countries across the world"

First sketch of the tiger

      Thus, my idea is about "The tiger which is the symbol of the university, wearing a different traditional clothes all around the world such as Asia, Europe, American and more. Those tigers are also have different color skins to indicate that BCU has students come from multicultural and various countries around the world."

       I searched for a lot of traditional clothes and hats and used them to be my references for drawing the tigers. (Thank you google ;D)
      I have finally finished my greeting card with two background colors but, It was too late to submit my work T_T OMG....
